Depending on the features you use, AirJelly also processes screenshots, application names, work context, activity records, memories, chat content, and text used for indexing and retrieval.

Product analytics include startup, login, onboarding, and permission events, together with application version and platform information.

For error diagnostics, the current login flow sets your user identifier and email in Sentry. Account identifiers are also used to associate payment functionality with the relevant account.

We use information for the following purposes:

• Use work context included in a task to provide the screen understanding, summarization, memory, chat, and search features you request.
• Manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Provide customer support and send service-related notices.
• Use product usage events and error diagnostics to understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our services.
• Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

You retain ownership of your work context. AirJelly does not use this content to train AI models.

Screenshots are encrypted and stored locally on your device. When screen understanding is enabled, screenshot images, application names, and relevant text context are sent through our service gateway to remote services.

Text understanding, summarization, and memory processing may send work context, activity records, existing memories, and other text included in the task.

Chat and AI assistant requests may send your current input, relevant conversation history, system instructions, and tool results included in the model context.

Semantic indexing and search requests send text fragments for indexing and query text for retrieval.

You retain ownership of your work context. We use this content to provide the service you request and do not use it to train AI models.

AirJelly uses model service platforms including Vertex AI, OpenRouter, and AWS.

According to Google Cloud’s published policy, it does not use customer data to train or fine-tune models without the customer’s permission or instruction.

We have enabled OpenRouter Zero Data Retention routing restrictions and send inference requests only to model endpoints that meet its Zero Data Retention policy. OpenRouter does not store input and output bodies.

According to Amazon Bedrock’s published policy, inputs and outputs are not used to train AWS or third-party foundation models. Some models requiring safety review may retain data for up to 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support login sessions and basic functionality, and to understand website usage. PostHog is used for product analytics, which may be associated with your account.

You can manage or delete website data through your browser settings. Disabling necessary website storage may affect login and core website functionality. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Screenshots are encrypted on your device. Local encryption key protection currently relies primarily on operating-system file access controls.

You can pause collection or add specific applications to your exclusion list.

In password managers, Keychain, banking applications, and similar scenarios, when AirJelly detects a secure input field reported by the application, it skips reading that field’s text and pauses smart screenshots.

A match against the built-in application blacklist skips the accessibility text snapshot.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from, or market to, children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the relevant account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that data.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also request to withdraw consent.

Individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to complain to their local supervisory authority.
