Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using AirJelly, or by accessing our website at airjelly.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Low Entropy Group ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AirJelly or our website. If you are using AirJelly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AirJelly is a desktop application that provides proactive, context-aware AI assistance by monitoring on-screen activity and generating intelligent suggestions, summaries, and insights. The service includes:

• The AirJelly desktop application for macOS
• The airjelly.ai website and associated web services
• The AirJelly waitlist and early access program
• Any updates, upgrades, or new features we release

AirJelly is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use AirJelly. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use AirJelly with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Low Entropy Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install AirJelly on devices you own or control
• Use AirJelly solely for your personal or internal business purposes

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit AirJelly or its components. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Low Entropy Group.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of AirJelly
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks
• Use AirJelly to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Use AirJelly to collect or process sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the service
• Use AirJelly to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Bypass or circumvent any security features or access controls

AirJelly uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions, summaries, and responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions
• Low Entropy Group does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You retain responsibility for any actions you take based on AI suggestions

You must not use AirJelly to generate content that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

Your use of AirJelly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AirJelly, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully at airjelly.ai/privacy-policy.

AirJelly, including its source code, design, graphics, and all other content, is owned by Low Entropy Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"AirJelly" and associated logos are trademarks of Low Entropy Group. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create using AirJelly. By using the service, you grant Low Entropy Group a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to AirJelly at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, or extended inactivity.

You may stop using AirJelly at any time by uninstalling the application and discontinuing use of our services.

Upon termination, your license to use AirJelly ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

AIRJELLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF AIRJELLY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

AIRJELLY IS IN EARLY ACCESS. FEATURES MAY CHANGE, AND THE SERVICE MAY EXPERIENCE DOWNTIME OR INSTABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOW ENTROPY GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF AIRJELLY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR AIRJELLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Low Entropy Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of AirJelly, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AirJelly shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of AirJelly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using AirJelly before the effective date.
